30-Day Return Policy:Any non-opened item may be returned for full 
credit within 30 days of purchase.  Products that have been opened may be 
assessed a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price.  To 
return an item, please contact customer service by email or online support.
Requirements:
Please retain all product packaging for the duration of the 30-day return 
policy should you need to return an item.  Items that no longer have their 
original product packaging, or packages in which the UPC barcodes have been 
removed, cannot be returned.
Warranty Service Beyond 30 Days:
After 30 days from date of purchase, warranty service will need to be 
obtained directly from the manufacturer.  Please refer to the 
manufacturer's warranty information included with your product.  If you 
have questions regarding the warranty of an item, please 
contact us.
Shipping Charges and Refunds:
All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Refunds will be issued based on 
the purchase price of the item.  Any packages where delivery has been 
refused will be deducted the amount of original shipment, return shipment, and 
UPS Refuse Delivery Fee (if applicable) from the original transaction amount.
