Terms of use: This card is redeemable towards a new or existing
subscription to the Sirius or XM Radio Service and not for the purchase of
hardware which is sold separately. To redeem this card, you must be at
least 18 years old and a resident of our service area as follows: SiriusXM US
Satellite Service available only to those at least 18 years of age in the 48
contiguous USA and DC, with Sirius also available in PR (with coverage
limitations), while Internet Radio is available throughout our satellite service
area plus AK and HI. Your subscription is governed by the SiriusXM
Customer Agreement. Upon redemption, the dollar value shown on this card
($30) will appear as a credit on your account and it can be applied only towards
a subscription Package, activation and other fees and taxes. After
redemption, this card cannot be returned/exchanged. Your subscription
automatically renews for additional periods of the same length as the Plan you
choose, at the then current renewal rate until you call SiriusXM at 866-635-2349
to cancel. If your subscription is cancelled, no refund or credit will be
given for this card. This card cannot be redeemed for cash, is not
refillable, and has no cash value or expiration date. This card will not
be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your permission. This card can
be suspended or terminated without notice if fraudulent use is suspected.
